This one had me thinking.
Fine views and an helpful staff. The family junior suite offered a private patio with amazing ocean views. Breakfast was good, and the location provided the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility to the vibrant heart of Positano. We cherished our time here and can't wait to return!

Thanks very much all for a such great stay for one night. The restaurant was good for breakfast, we ordered amazing dishes. The bedroom was spacious and had an outstanding view over the sea. Stunning and gorgeous location, it was walk from a ferry port. We could drink something at Li Galli Bar Bistro, located 1 km away.

The room was lovely but we very terribly disappointed that they actually do not have a jacuzzi available for guests except in only 2 suites. Misleading advertising......see below.
We were very disappointed about how the hotel is represented on Booked.net. The description says "This hotel in Positano is on a cliff facing the Tyrrhenian Sea. The Big Beach is only 1700 ft from this property where each room comes with a jacuzzi, and a balcony." And shows a picture of an outdoor jacuzzi on a balcony. According to this description we would have a balcony with a jacuzzi...right? Wrong, only 2 suites get to have a jacuzzi on the balcony, which none of the other guests can use. Instead our room had a jacuzzi bathtub! The advertising and description is very misleading and we had been looking forward to a hot-tub jacuzzi as pictured and we very disappointed. No suites were available to upgrade too.

We loved exploring the fine coastline on boat tours, and the amazing sea view from our Family Junior Suite was lovely.
In my wife's opinion, a pool would be a great addition for families with children.

The location is the best in Positano with great sea views from all rooms. No bar or dining except breakfast but this is not a disadvantage as most guests will wish to explore Positano.
Wi - Fi is only available in the reception area.

Quirky hotel, it has friendly service, stunning location on the sea side of Via Cristoforo Colombo. There are huge rooms with large bathrooms. The al fresco restaurant for breakfast is what you need. Would recommend this accommodation.

The hotel is close to great spots like Franco's Bar and the beach. We enjoyed boat tours during the day and relaxed on our spacious balcony in the evenings. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was super helpful, especially in suggesting local activities. Don't miss the gelato shop nearby!
One downside was that we couldn't use the pool at the sister hotel, a bummer since we'd heard we could. It would have been nice to cool off there.

The location was good. The view over the water and aspects of Positano was sensational. Our room was very spacious and well appointed, including bath robes and double sinks in the bathroom. The pillows were the best we have found in all the hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast was mostly good.
The safe was not fixed to the wall and could be carried around. The safe also had 'flat batteries' and we could not access it when we needed to. This was an issue as we were told that there wasn't a staff member available to fix the problem. This wasn't professional and the poor attitude and lack of assistance when we needed help made us feel very unsafe. The problem was fixed at a later time but this incident left us with unpleasant memories of an other wise lovely hotel. The lack of staff at this hotel was disappointing and needs to be improved.

The location was excellent, near the shops, restaurants and the beach. The view of the ocean and city was perfect. Staff very friendly. Hotel clean, could improve decoration, mostly bathroom. Parking just aside the hotel and included in price.
Always same thing at breakfest. Decoration of room.

Great staff...friendly, super accommodating ! Location is great and there is parking...very important in this area.
Our room was beautiful......the hair blower was very bad.....could have used another table or dresser and a mirror in the bedroom area.
